What this site collects

The site has no forms, no accounts and no sign-in. It does not ask for your name or email.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. It reports totals only: pages viewed, the site that sent you, the country, and the type of browser and device. We cannot use it to identify you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser.

Hosting

Cloudflare serves this site. To send you the pages and to protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address under the Cloudflare privacy policy. We do not keep a log of visitors.

When you book a call

The "Book a call" button opens a booking page that Google runs. Google collects what you type there, such as your name, email and notes, under the Google privacy policy, and sends the booking to our calendar.

When you email us

Our email runs on Google Workspace. We receive your email address and your message.

How we use it

We use your name, email and message only to answer you, to arrange and hold the call, and to send a quote if you ask for one. We do not sell or rent your details. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share your details with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

If you become a client, we keep your messages for the time of the work and for as long as tax and business records must be kept. If you do not become a client, we delete your emails and booking details within 24 months of our last contact.

Where it is stored

Google and Cloudflare can store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@backhaulconsulting.com. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If we change what the site collects, we update this page and the date at the top.
